Operating Standards
Agreement Section 011.1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing nutriolife.gr or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these legal standards, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using our digital services or scientific protocols.
1.2 SCOPE OF SERVICE
NutrioLife provides evidence-based nutritional consultancy. This includes metabolic assessments, personalized dietary protocols, and lifestyle coaching. We do not provide medical diagnosis or therapeutic treatment for clinical illness; our role is supportive and educational.
1.3 USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their booking details and personal nutritional dashboards. You must provide accurate health markers and biometric data to ensure the safety and efficacy of our guidance.
1.4 GREEK JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from our services or the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katerini.

Payments
Consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. We use secure, encrypted payment processors to protect your financial integrity. Rates are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be provided 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or "no-shows" will forfeit the consultation fee to cover the fixed scheduling costs and research time.
Refunds
Digital protocols and personalized nutritional plans are non-refundable once delivered, due to the intellectual property and bespoke labor inherent in their creation.
